Short Bio.

Lawyer İlkim Ülgen completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara Private Tevfik Fikret Schools. In 2018, he graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Faculty of Law. In particular, he has worked in the fields of Contract Law, Start-Up Law, Commercial Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Labor Law, Real Estate Law, Personal Data Protection Law. İlkim Ülgen is a member of Ankara Bar Association and speaks French and English fluently.
